Use the AI Scanner in Passare mobile to quickly upload handwritten forms to a case's Vitals fields.

Creating a case
โ Heads up! Before you begin, make sure you have downloaded the Passare mobile app.
Use the AI Scanner when creating a case in the mobile app. From the Cases page in mobile, tap the + icon, then Case to start creating a case.
Tap the Scan vitals button to scan a document or upload photos or files from your phone.

Once you've scanned or uploaded your documents, a pop-up will appear asking you to review the fields to ensure everything was entered correctly.
Fields will be marked in red if no match is found.
Once you've reviewed all the fields, you can add Notes if needed, then tap Done.
The Vitals fields for the case will now be filled with the uploaded information.
Adding Vitals to an existing case
Use the AI Scanner to add Vitals to an existing case. On the Vitals page inside a case, tap the Scan vitals button.
Select Scan documents or choose photos or files from your phone.
Once you've scanned or uploaded your documents, a pop-up will appear asking you to review the fields to ensure everything was entered correctly.
Fields will be marked in red if no match is found.
Once you've reviewed all the fields, you can add Notes if needed, then tap Done.
The Vitals page of the case in the mobile app and web version of Passare will now be filled with the uploaded information.
