Customize the Care Center
Add your own injection fluids, statuses, merchandise, and checklist for Care Center teams.

Injections
Injections are logged on the Embalming page of the Care Center.
To customize which fluids appear in each dropdown, go to Settings.
Then go to Cases > Care Center.
Click the pencil icon next to the injection type you want to customize.
Type in the name and click Add.
To edit or remove a dropdown option, click the ellipsis icon and choose the correct action.
If editing, make your edits and click the green check mark to save. Or click the gray x to cancel.
Once added, dropdown options are automatically saved. To exit the modal, click Cancel or the x.
Now, you will see your new options in the dropdowns in Care Center!
Preparation status
Closely track the status of a body's preparation by customizing the Preparation status.
To do this, go to Admin > Cases > Care Center.
Scroll to Statuses. Here, you will see 3 main sections in the table:
- Default statuses (Not started, In progress, Complete)
- Disposition tabs
- Starting/ending status radio buttons.
To add a new status, click Add or select an existing status to edit.
Add or update the status name. Then, select which disposition this status applies to, and save.
Click the trash icon to delete a status.
You cannot delete a starting or ending status. To change these, we suggest editing the name.
Next, select the status Passare should reassign to cases using that status and click Delete.
Finally, confirm the deletion by clicking Delete again.
Use the radio buttons to indicate the Starting and Ending status:
- Starting status refers to the default status that is automatically assigned to new cases
- Ending status refers to the status that marks the body preparation as complete
One starting and ending status must always be selected at a time.
To rearrange the status order, drag and drop the status within the list.
Finally, use the disposition tabs to customize each disposition type's status list.
Merchandise
To set up merchandise in Care Center, go to Settings.
Under Price List Settings, select Categories.
This will allow you to select the Goods & Services you want to show under Merchandise.
Check the boxes for the items you want to Show in Care Center, and then Save!
Now when one of these checked items is added to the Goods & Services, they will appear in the Care Center under the Merchandise tab.
Checklists
To set up tasks in Care Center, go to Admin > Tasks.
You can Add Checklist or use an existing one.
If you're creating a new checklist, add a Checklist Name and toggle on Checklist Visibility.
Click Add Task to build out tasks in your checklist.
Drag the task to reorder anywhere in the list.
You can also delete tasks with the trash icon.
Under Checklist Viewing, check the box for This checklist should appear in the Care Center.
Make sure to Save!
