Contracts added to a case
💡Financial information is READ-ONLY from the mobile app. Login to the web version of Passare to make any necessary changes.
Open a case in the mobile app and tap Financials in the navigation bar to view the contracts for the case.
Here you can see all the contracts added to the case. Tap on a contract to view the contract summary.
Not seeing Financials? Make sure Financials is enabled along with Goods & Services and Payments & Adjustments permissions on the Role manager page. Click here to learn more about how to manage mobile roles & permissions.
Goods & services added to a contract
Contract totals and signer information will be listed under the Goods and services section. Tap the Details button to view the Goods and services added to the contract.
Scroll down to see all of the goods and services added to the contract.
Contract payment details
View the contract's current balance and most recent payment information under the Payments section on the contract summary page. Tap the details button under Payments to view the complete payment history and transaction details.
Scroll down to see all the transactions made on the contact.
