      Circle of Friends+ Integration

      Enroll leads into comprehensive aftercare directly from Passare using our Circle of Friends+ integration.

      Family Enrollment

      Circle of Friends+ works through an integrated automation with Passare, meaning contacts from your signed at-need cases are included in an automated report that is sent directly to Circle of Friends+ and enrolled in their aftercare program.

      Once the integration has been turned on, complete the following steps.

      First Call page

      Fill in the following fields:

      • Funeral Home Branch
      • Decedent First Name
      • Decedent Last Name
      • Date of Birth

      Enter funeral home branch, first name, last name, and date of birth under first call information section

      Pronouncement

      • Date of Death

      Fill in the date of death

      Caller

      • Relationship
      • First name
      • Last name
      • Primary phone number
      • Email

        Complete caller's relationship, first name, last name, primary phone number, and email information

      Other People

      • Relationship
      • First name
      • Last name
      • Primary phone number
      • Email

      Complete relationship, first name, last name, primary phone number, and email fields

      Cause of Death

      • Method of death

      Select 'method of death' from drop-down menu

      Disposition

      • Disposition date

      Select disposition date

      Sign

      • Sign
      • Save

      Sign and save your case

      A report of contacts will automatically generate daily and export to be enrolled with Circle of Friends+ for their comprehensive aftercare and support program.

       

      Exclude contacts from the export

      If you would like to exclude any family or friend contacts from being exported to Circle of Friends+, we have a way for you to mark them.

      1. Go to the Family & Friends page.

      2. Select the contact.

      3. Open Additional information under the selected contact. When you scroll down, you'll see a checkbox called "Do not contact".

      4. Check this box and be sure you Save any changes.

       

      Select 'do not contact' checkbox

      If you ever need a reminder what this reference means, hover your mouse over the information "information icon" icon.

      When this box is checked, the contact will not be exported.
