Family Enrollment
Circle of Friends+ works through an integrated automation with Passare, meaning contacts from your signed at-need cases are included in a daily automated report that is sent directly to Circle of Friends+ and enrolled in their aftercare program.
Once the integration has been turned on, complete the following steps.
Family & Friends
The following information on the Family & Friends page must be filled out for the Circle of Friends+ integration to work.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Relationship
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone
As a reminder, only contacts from signed at-need cases are included in the automated report sent to Circle of Friends+ and enrolled in their aftercare program.
Exclude contacts from the export
Indicate which contacts are to be excluded from Circle of Friends+ export.
Go to the Family & Friends page and select a contact.
Open Additional information under the selected contact.
Scroll down to the checkbox labelled Do Not Contact.
Check this box and be sure to Save any changes.
When this box is checked, the contact will not be exported.
