Family Enrollment
Circle of Friends+ works through an integrated automation with Passare, meaning contacts from your signed at-need cases are included in an automated report that is sent directly to Circle of Friends+ and enrolled in their aftercare program.
Once the integration has been turned on, complete the following steps.
First Call page
Fill in the following fields:
- Funeral Home Branch
- Decedent First Name
- Decedent Last Name
- Date of Birth
Pronouncement
- Date of Death
Caller
- Relationship
- First name
- Last name
- Primary phone number
- Email
Other People
- Relationship
- First name

A report of contacts will automatically generate daily and export to be enrolled with Circle of Friends+ for their comprehensive aftercare and support program.
Exclude contacts from the export
If you would like to exclude any family or friend contacts from being exported to Circle of Friends+, we have a way for you to mark them.
1. Go to the Family & Friends page.
2. Select the contact.
3. Open Additional information under the selected contact. When you scroll down, you'll see a checkbox called "Do not contact".
4. Check this box and be sure you Save any changes.
If you ever need a reminder what this reference means, hover your mouse over the information "" icon.
When this box is checked, the contact will not be exported.
