Create a cash sale
Use cash sales to track miscellaneous sales outside of a contract, like additional death certificates.
Create a cash sale
Hover over the plus icon and select Case > Cash sale.
You will fill out the information for whoever is purchasing items.
Add the buyer's First and Last Name.
If applicable, use the Case reference dropdown to select an existing case this sale is connected to.
Add the item(s) to Goods & Services and record payment on Payments & Adjustments.
Just like At-need, be sure to sign the Goods & Services page!
What's great about Cash sale is that the payment will go to accounting as its own transaction instead of an adjustment. (Your accountant will thank you.)
