Update Price List Effective Dates

If you update your price lists, you'll need to update the effective dates to be in compliance. These dates will appear on the contract and other forms.

    Don't see this feature? Check your Roles settings or contact your Passare Admin to get it turned on.

    Update Effective Dates

    To update effective dates, go to Settings.

    First, go to Settings

    Price lists > Effective dates.

    Under Price lists, choose Effective dates

    Select Price List Settings on the left sidebar, then select Effective Dates.

    Choose which Branch you would like to update.

    Select Price List Settings on the left sidebar, then select Effective Dates. Select which Branch you would like to update.

    Select the Calendar icon to change the effective date (can be a past, present, or future date).

    Be sure to Save.

    Select the Calendar icon to change the effective date. Be sure to Save.

    This effective date will now appear on the SFG contract that is downloaded on the Goods & Services page.
