External Payment Links
Send a direct link for anyone to make a payment in the Planning Center for cash sales, at-need, pet, and trade cases. No Planning Center account needed!

Enable payments in Planning Center
You will need to enable payments in the Planning Center to access this feature.
From your navigation, click the Settings icon.
Navigate to the left side-bar menu > Under Planning Center > select Arrangements.

Under Branches section, select a Branch.

Navigate to the Payments under this Branch.
Toggle on Show in Planning Center to enable Payments in the Planning Center.
And save!

Manage access
Customize roles to define who can view payment links.
Click Roles under the Organization section.
Select a role under Role name to edit the permissions for the role.
Click the dropdown under This role can and check the box next to View payment links. 
Payment & Adjustments page
Staff with access to view payment links will now see a new section on the Payments and Adjustments page titled Payment link. 
Click the Copy button to the right of the link to copy the payment link. 
Once you've shared the link with the family, they can then share it with anyone who would like to contribute a payment to the case.
Gather payments for at-need, pet cases, trade cases, and even cash sales!
Payments in Planning Center
When the payment link is clicked, the family will be directed to the payment page in Planning Center to make a payment with a credit card or bank draft.
They will not be able to see the balance on the case or view any case information other than the decedent's name. The link will expire once the balance of the case is $0.
A Planning Center account is not required when using the external payment link.

Paying with a Bank draft will require bank and billing information.
Paying with a Credit card will require the card and billing information. 
Notifications
You'll receive a Passare notification when Planning Center payments are successful, declined, or charged back.

You can also receive email or text notifications for this activity.

To set this up, open your Notification preferences from the bell icon or your Profile.

Under the Planning Center section, toggle on email notifications next to Payments.

Now, for any case that you're assigned Funeral Director or Secondary Arranger, you will get notified of their Planning Center payments.
