Add Contacts

Simply Add a contact or Acquaintance to the case under Family and Friends to use this integration.

(Provided that contacts added contain the following information: phone number, email, mailing address. Contacts are alive and haven't selected 'Do not Contact').

Pre-need leads appear in your preneed counselor's CRM queue for follow-up.

Upon CRM setup, funeral homes MUST have a list of preneed counselors specified.

What information is shared to the CRM?

  • Name
  • Contact information (phone number, email, mailing address)
  • Decedent Name
  • Date of death
  • Age of decedent
  • Relationship to deceased
  • Date of service
  • Arranging director
  • Branch
  • Any notes that have been entered on the case.

NOTE:  Information only passes though when a Family/Friend contact is created. There is not a 'live' syncing if a contact is updated later.
