Information Shared from Passare to IMObituary:

- Decedent Information: Name and vital statistics.
- Obituary Text: The full obituary drafted in Passare.
- Service Details: Times, locations, and links (including livestream links).
- Updates: Any changes made to service details or obituary text in Passare are automatically reflected on the IMObituary memorial page to ensure consistency.
Benefits:
- One-Tap Sharing: The synced information from Passare creates a mobile-optimized page that families can share via text message to their contacts.
- Automated Revenue: The integration enables "The Card Store," where visitors can buy printed sympathy cards. Your funeral home automatically receives a profit share from these sales.

Once the integration is enabled, case data flows automatically, but you can manage the sync within individual cases.

Open a Case: Navigate to the case you wish to share.
Enter Details: Ensure the Decedent Information and Service Details (time, location) are complete in Passare.
Automatic Sync: The integration will automatically pull this data to create the mobile memorial page.
Manual Update: If you make changes to service times or locations in Passare, they will automatically be reflected on the IMObituary page. If you don't see it, you can hit the 'IMObituary Sync' button on the Integrations sidebar.

Access the Link: The shareable IMObituary link will be available to copy
Send to Family: Provide this link to the family. They can then share it with one tap via text message or social media.

The Card Store & Revenue

Every IMObituary page includes a built-in Card Store.

How it works: Friends and community members can browse and send physical sympathy cards directly from the mobile page.
Revenue: The funeral home receives a portion of the profit from every card sold. This requires no additional setup beyond enabling the integration.

Notes & Troubleshooting

Website Complement: IMObituary is not a replacement for your funeral home website; it is a mobile-first complement designed for active sharing.
Sync Delays: Updates typically reflect within minutes. If changes aren't appearing, verify the integration status in Admin settings.
