Getting started with Passare's AI Assistant 🎥

Use AI Assistant to quickly generate personalized and meaningful ideas throughout the planning process

 

Set up Roles & Permissions

Open settings and click Roles under Organization. Select the role you'd like to have acces to the AI Assistant.

From the Role manager page, check AI Assistant below System, then Save.

Using AI Assistant

AI Assistant is designed to offer suggestions that inspire meaningful and personal service ideas by using case details entered by you, as well as information entered by the family in Planning Center.

Roles that have been given access to AI Assistant will now see a section titled AI Assistant on the Funeral Options page. Type a question in the text box or use one of the prompts provided.

Suggestions will be given in the form of a chat.

If you don't achieve the desired results on your first attempt, consider rephrasing your question to be more specific about your needs.

Copy the chat, or Save to notes in Passare by clicking the buttons below the chat.

AI Assistant will also be available on the case side bar to give you quick access from any page within a case. After submitting a question you'll be directed to the Funeral Options page to see the results.
