NEW & ENHANCED FEATURES
Highlighted Features
- Case Statuses, version 2 – ability to select actions to be applied to statuses
- For example, there is now the ability to Lock Client, Lock Arrangements, Lock Family & Friends, Lock Financials, and Lock Case per status created
Case Level Enhancements
- Ability to re-order entries on the Family & Friends page
- The order on the Family & Friends page determines the order in which they appear in various other areas and forms
- Added “Assemblies of God” and “Pentecostal” as options for denominations on the Funeral Options page
- Ability to view Secondary Arranger on the Case Listing page and the ability to filter by Secondary Arranger on the Case Listing page
- Branch address is no longer being used as a default address to auto-populate addresses

QuickBooks Export Enhancements
- Ability to filter “Accounting Reports” by a single case

Report Enhancements
- Added “Recap of Average Revenue per Client Service Type” report to System Reports
- Added “Recap of Case Count and Revenue by Director” report to System Reports
- Added “Recap of Client Service Types” report to System Reports
- Added a new line / blank column in User Reports
- Ability to delete saved configurations within System Reports
- Added a grouping feature to the notes tables for DocX forms
- Added a taxes table to DocX forms
- Ability to export accounting data, while ignoring the start date, which will export all items up to the end date selected
- If the export is a specific date range, the end date is calculated dynamically
- Added an “All Reports” tab within System Reports from which you can now search all System Reports from
- Removed the email field from System Reports unless the report is set to be sent to an email address
BUG FIXES
- FIXED – User Report Files are not being generated if there’s no case data
- FIXED – When loading existing System Report configuration, configuration fields are not correctly populating
- FIXED – When running a System Report where the Generate Date is required, an error is given, but not highlighting/outlining the missing data to alert the user of what’s missing
- FIXED – Modified the Family & Friends page so that new Acquaintance spouses appears immediately in the list of acquaintances without a page reload
- FIXED – Allowed reminder descriptions to be longer
- FIXED – Adjusted formatting on some User Reports columns that should be formatted as money values
