CFS Website Integration
Simplify your case management by taking advantage of our integration with CFS websites. Allow Passare to populate your website with the click of a button.
The following fields of data in Passare are pushed to your CFS website upon you clicking the CFS Sync button within the Integrations sidebar within each case in Passare. Fields marked with a * are required in order for the sync to occur successfully.
Vital Stats Page
- First Name *
- Middle Name
- Last Name *
- Last Name at Birth
- Date of Birth
- Date of Death *
Funeral Options Page (each public event added in Passare will be pushed)
- Event Type
- Event Start Date & Time
- Event End Date & Time
- Venue Location
- Venue Address
- Venue City
- Venue State
- Venue Zip Code
- Obituary Photo (image size limit of 5 MB)
Obituary: While the obituary is being composed, Passare will send default text as the obituary (see below, using the sample case of John Doe). The full obituary is not sent to CFS until you have checked the “Lock Obituary” checkbox on the Collaboration Center sidebar within the case.
“John Doe passed away on March 1, 2017. John’s loved ones are composing John’s obituary, which you will be able to read here.”
Updates: If you have made changes to case data in Passare such as adding an event or updating the obituary, you will need to click the Sync button to push the new data to CFS.
Note: CFS has a feature built into their websites which allows users to publish and un-publish obituaries from CFS websites. Each time the Sync button is clicked within Passare, that particular case will become published even if it was in an unpublished state prior to being synced with Passare.
