    NEW & ENHANCED FEATURES

    Highlighted Feature

    • Release 2.50 is a large release that includes over 25 customer satisfaction enhancements, all of which will save you time and enhance your experience with Passare.

    Admin Enhancements

    • Ability to have more than one product share an identical name within the Price List
    • Funeral Directors can now enter a Title and Suffix for their own name
    • Moved the Support button to the bottom of the page to make it less obtrusive
    • Navigational button overhaul to create consistency across all buttons in color, size, and actions
    • Ability to test forms with any case by entering the unique case ID
    • Send policy number and set as the Case Identifier with the FD integration

    Case Level Enhancements

    • Some case identifier segments can now be set on the First Call page before creating a case
    • Case Information Sidebar adjustments for a cleaner appearance and more concise data
    • Case Information Sidebar permissions are enforced more strictly for cases that have more than one case type
    • Default status of the ‘Send Survey’ checkbox in the Case Information sidebar to be checked
    • Relocated the Shipping option from the Case Information sidebar to the Disposition page
    • Replace the X icon with trash can icon in Associated Files sidebar
    • CSV (Excel) files in the Associated Files sidebar section now shows a CSV icon
    • Sorted the ‘Call Taken By’ drop-down on the Appointments page alphabetically
    • Widened the Social Security Number field on the Vital Stats page to allow room for all characters
    • Ability to add the decedent’s spouse on the Vital Stats page
    • Adjustments to the Funeral Options > Services table listing
    • Adjustments to the Disposition > Cremation table listing
    • Adjustments to the Family & Friends table listing
      • A new experience when adding or editing Family & Friends
    • Ability to designate a ‘Survey Recipient’ on the Family & Friends page
    • Addition of ‘Place Entered’ and ‘Place Released’ to the Veteran Info page
    • Addition of a ‘Download’ button below the obituary photo on the Obituary page to download the original image that was uploaded
    • Improved validation for international phone numbers
    • Cases can now continue to use Resomation as a Disposition option even if they are moved to a branch that does not support it or their branch is modified to not support for Resomation
    • Moved the Support button to the bottom of the page to make it less obtrusive
    • Navigational button overhaul to create consistency across all buttons in color, size, and actions

    Reporting Enhancements

    • Addition of ‘Contract Date – First Signing’ as a User Report column
    • Addition of ‘Contract Date – Last Signing’ as a User Report column
    • Addition of ‘Contract Total Delta’ as a User Report column
      • This column will gather the summation of signed contract changes within the specified report run time
    • Addition of ‘Secondary Arranger’ as a User Report column
    • Added columns to User Reports for reporting on Survey Recipients
    • Renamed the ‘Tax’ User Reports column to ‘Sales Tax by Agency’
    • Resomation disposition type is now available as a filter option in User Reports if any of the branches selected for the report support it
    • Added missing report descriptions to certain System Reports
    • Reconfigured the ‘Open Cases’ System Report to group data by branch and sort by decedent alphabetically
    • CSV report names for system reports now support uppercase characters in file names
    • Adjustments to downloaded and emailed report names to be more friendly
    • Report notifications are cleared automatically when a report is downloaded, emailed, or saved
    • Removed ‘Guest RSVP Information’ System Report

    Collaboration Center Enhancements

    • Collection of complete Vital Stats data that aligns with the Case Level platform
      • Decedent > Alternate Name
      • Decedent > Address > County
      • Decedent > Address > Inside City Limits
    • Ability to add, edit, and delete family and friends from the Biographical Information section
      • Ability to indicate a family or friend as the Primary Contact 

    Performance Enhancements

    • Improved the response time of the Passare Users list
    • Improved the loading speed of Checklists
    • Improved the loading speed of the Dashboard timeline
    • Improved the loading speed of Notifications
    • Improved the search speed of the Rolodex
    • Improved the speed of Importing cases

     

    BUG FIXES

    • FIXED - Locking Preferences in the Collaboration Center sidebar now locks the cemetery name in the Collaboration Center
