    ASD Integration - Fully Automated

    Updated : November 14, 2017 18:40 Created : October 23, 2017 20:59

Simplify your case management by taking advantage of our integration with ASD. Our integration with ASD has two features to it. A PUSH feature which allows you to push case information from Passare to ASD and a PULL feature which allows us to pull first call information from ASD into Passare, creating a new pending case.

    PUSHING TO ASD

The following fields in Passare are automatically pushed to ASD once Passare notices any change in data or new data being added.

    Notes Regarding Events

Only events that are marked as public events will be pushed. Private events will not be.

If the Event Venue is a ‘Visitation Room’ in Passare, the ‘At FH?’ checkbox in ASD will be checked.

If the ‘There is a body present for this service’ checkbox is checked for the event type in Passare, the ‘Body Present’ checkbox in ASD will be checked.

    PULLING FROM ASD

When pulling a first call from ASD, Passare will check for an existing case within Passare by comparing:

    • Social Security Numbers
    • Last Name AND Date of Birth

The following first call information is automatically pulled from ASD and added to the Pending Cases tab on the Case Listing page.  From the Pending Cases tab, you are able to create a new case from the pending case, merge the pending case with an existing case, or delete the pending case.

Note: If you would prefer not to have an automatic pull of first call information from ASD, you have the ability to manually pull first call information.  Please contact your Passare Support Team for assistance.

    NOTES

If you change Branch information within Passare and then change which ASD location that Branch is mapped to, all existing cases in Passare will not be updated with the new Branch configuration.  The update to the Branch configuration will only apply to new cases moving forward.

If you are integrating with another provider such as CFS, we recommend that you turn that integration off and only integrate with Passare or you may end up with duplicate cases appearing in ASD.

If you need assisting with MyASD or the ASD mobile app, call ASD at 800-868-9950.
