The User Dashboard (or just “Dashboard,” as it’s called on the platform) is the landing page for all users of the Passare platform. Here, you will find all of the communications generated from within the platform gathered in one convenient place. You can quickly and efficiently gather all the information relevant to you “at a glance” from the Dashboard: from information about cases you are working on and reminders you have created for yourself, to messages from funeral home administrators and information about Passare releases and upcoming webinars. The Passare Dashboard keeps all the system information you need at your fingertips.
The Dashboard is comprised of 6 components:
Notifications appear for the primary arranger of a case, whenever the family & friends of the decedent make additions and changes to information in the Collaboration Center (“Activity” Notifications), or flag the arranger in a Chat message (“Chat” Notification) in the Collaboration Center. You can view and manage Notifications from the Dashboard, and can also turn Text Alerts for Notifications on and off from this location by toggling the “Alerts” button to the On or Off position. Reminders are Alerts created by you, the User, for yourself alone. These Reminders can refer to a case, but it is not necessary. Reminders appear in two places: as a discreet pop-up in the corner of any open Passare window, and, if you so choose, in a text message sent to your mobile device (see the Application Note on Text Alerts for more detail) . From the Dashboard, you will be able to view, create, and manage reminders, and also turn Text Alerts for reminders on and off, helping you stay effortlessly ahead of your to-do list—whether that means following up with a family 30 days after a service or picking up your suit at the dry cleaner’s.
3. Go to Case
The Go to Case panel of the Dashboard offers a simple way to search for cases, but more importantly, it allows you to “bookmark” the cases you want to return to. When you search in the Go to Case panel, simply click on the star symbol next to any search result to bookmark that case. All bookmarked cases will appear here on the Go to Cases panel until you dismiss them by clicking the star symbol again, to “unbookmark” each case. Every case number and decedent name in the Go to Case panel is a link directly to that Case. (See the Application Note for the Dashboard for more information).
4. Organization Messages
Organization Messages on the Passare Dashboard are “bulletin board” notifications created by the Administrators of a Funeral Home Organization. They are visible to all Users in an instance, and can be configured by Administrators via the Administrative console in the Arrangement Module. Organization Messages allow Administrators to keep the information they might otherwise send out in a group email (or post on a wall) right inside Passare, where they can control the content, and be sure the messages have been received by their entire team. 5. Passare Messages
Here, you will see messages that Passare System Administrators post for all Users of Passare to see - these messages may include information about newly published releases, weekly webinar topics, links to our video series of feature training and “In the Know” stories, etc.; these posts are a great way to stay up-to-date with enhancements to the system.
