    Editing “My Profile” and Resetting Your Password

    Your profile and password settings are configured in the Passare Administrative Console, under My Profile. To access your account settings:

    • Go to My Profile via the “Admin” link in the upper right corner of any page in Passare

    Here you will be able to edit your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Biography, add a photograph of yourself (which will appear in the Collaboration Center) and add your license #(s).

    • To enter information, simply click on any of the fields and enter the desired data
    • To upload a photo, click “Upload Photo”, and then select the desired photo from your computer
    • The optimal photo is 308 px wide (in portrait layout or square)
    • For more information about photo sizes, see the FAQ Article: “Best Practices for Choosing a Passare Profile Picture”
    • To add a License # click the “Add Additional License” button under Additional Settings
    • Once the data is entered, click Save in the top or bottom right of the page to save changes to the entire page 

     

    To change the password of your account

    • Select “Change Password” from the Admin Menu, or from the left hand sidebar menu of the Admin console
    • You will be asked to enter your current password
    • You will then enter a new password, twice, to confirm it
    • Click “Save” to save your changes
