A Global Schedule appears at the top of the Dashboard of every User’s account. This Schedule shows all of the arrangement meetings and funeral events for the entire funeral home for the date selected.
1. Services scheduled for the day will appear in a scrolling view. Users can click on the “block” of any given service to show service details like decedent name, service time, location, and date, and a link to the case (this link is accessible via the case number; clicking the case number will take the User to the Case Summary page of the chosen case).
2. The default display date for the Global Schedule is “today,” but Users can select a date from the calendar icon displayed at the upper right corner of the feature to view any date in the future or past. Each time the User returns to the Dashboard, the Schedule will display “Today.”
3. The default display time for the Global Schedule starts around 5 a.m. Clicking the arrow icon at the right or left of the feature will allow the User to scroll through the services one at a time. Users can “click and drag” the white timeline at the bottom of the feature to move the entire view to earlier or later and can also click the right or left edge of the timeline to view services earlier or later in the day as desired. Each time the User returns to the Dashboard, the Schedule will display the default “beginning of day” view.
There are no User configurations required for the Global Schedule—it just works! At this time there are no personalization options offered.
