Create a trade case in Passare Mobile

Always on the go and away from the office? Passare's mobile App can help you keep track of your Trade Cases.

If you don't already have access to Trade Cases you'll need to have the feature turned on by emailing support@passare.com or calling 1-800-692-5111!

Download the app

Once the feature is enabled, visit the Apple or Google Play Store and search for Passare to download the App.

Once the App is downloaded, log in with the same username and password you use to login to Passare.

Create a new case

To create a case, open the Passare App on your phone.

Select the + sign on the top left of your screen.

Select Case Type.

For the Case Type select Trade.

Select the appropriate Branch Location.

Then select the Trade Business you're using.

Add the rest of the information and Save.

Commonly asked questions:

What if the user has read-only permissions for trade?

They can still view the Trade Case, but they'll ONLY be able to edit the Case Status and Case Created Date, all other fields will be disabled.

Can I add a Trade Business from the mobile app?
No, a Trade Business can only be added in Passare.
