How to Create a Trade Case in the Mobile App

Always on the go and away from the office? Passare's mobile app can help you keep track of your historical and current Trade Cases.

If you don't already have access you'll need to have the feature turned on by emailing support@passare.com or calling 1-800-692-5111!

Once the feature is enabled, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and search for Passare to download the app.

Once the App is downloaded, log in with the same username and password you use to login into cap.passare.com.

Creating a New Case:

To create a new case, open the Passare App on your cell phone.

Click the + icon on the top left of your screen.

Start by entering the decedent's information.

Note: Any field with an * is required.

For the Case Type select Trade.

Select the appropriate Branch Location.

Then select the Trade Business you're using.

Add the rest of the information and Save.

 

Commonly Asked Questions:

What if the user has read-only permissions for trade?

They can still access any trade case, but they can ONLY edit the Case Status and Case Created Date, all other fields will be disabled.

What if the user has at-need permissions but not trade?

If it's a dual case type such as 'trade/at-need' the user will be able to edit all fields within the case.

How is the Case Identifier determined?
The Case Identifier is based on the template that is configured in Passare.
Can I add Trade Businesses from within the mobile app?
No, Trade businesses can only be added in Passare.
