How to Create Organization Messages

Create a virtual Message Board on your dashboard for all of your staff.

    Creating Organization Messages:

    Click Admin on the top right of your screen > select Organization.


    Using the sidebar on your left, click Organization Messages > Add New Message.



    Type your desired Title and Message and click Publish. Both the Title and Message fields are required. There is no minimum number of characters required.




    Your message will now show on the Admin Organization Messages page and the Organization Messages widget on the User Dashboard. Both will show all messages that have ever been posted. The most recent will show at the top.

    If you'd like to send a notification of the message to all users, click the bell icon and select Yes.



    You can also unpublish, edit, or delete a message using the corresponding buttons if needed.



    Pro Tip: Unpublish is a great option for messages that you'll want to display more than once but don’t need to be visible all the time. If you unpublish a message and re-publish it, the message will appear at the top of the Organization Messages display, both on your Admin page and on the User Dashboard.
