    Commonly Asked Questions

What if I don't want Passare to see my account balances when I send my COA?

Not a problem! The export will provide a column of data showing the balance for each account by default. We don't need this information so if you'd like to remove it before sending it, right-click (do not double click) on the exported file.

Choose Open with > Microsoft Excel, delete the column with the account totals, and re-save the file before emailing to Passare.
