Legacy Touch integration
Share Passare case information and associated email IDs with Legacy Touch via our public API.
How does it work?
First, create a new decedent record in the Legacy Touch (LT) Partner Portal.
A queue in the LT Partner Portal checks for new records every 5 minutes.
The API will match Passare data with the LT decedent record based on:
- Match Case ID
- First Name, Last Name, and Date of Death
- First Name, Last Name, Rolling Date of Death for 10 days
Matching records will use acquaintances to find corresponding email data.
LT Partner Portal sends the information to Mailchimp and flags the Family Connection contact as "Passare."
How do I get set up?
API Key - Passare provides Legacy Touch with an API key, which is essential for establishing a connection between the two platforms.
Webhook Setup - Once the API key is provided, Legacy Touch can set up webhooks to receive case information from Passare.
Data Sync - The webhook allows for a continuous sync of case information. The data will be available in the Legacy Touch system as soon as a case is created in Passare.
