Below is a list of Planning Center's default Preference questions, releasing August 19, 2025.


Overview

Preferences questions are located in the Planning Center under Event > Preferences.

Notes

  • Questions are available on the following case types: At-need, Imminent-need, Pre-need (self), and Pre-need (someone else)
  • All questions are customizable and optional
  • They reflect proper tense, names, and verbiage depending on case type

Imminent-need cases will use the Pre-need (self) or Pre-need (someone else) list.

Section: Life

  1. If you could choose a few words to capture Becky’s personality, what would they be?
    I.e. compassionate, generous, funny. (Open response)

  2. What passions or activities brought Becky joy? I.e., reading, gardening, photography.

  3. What community activities or groups brought meaning to Becky's life? I.e. volunteering, sports, music. (Open response)

  4. Are there colors, animals, or flowers that remind you of Becky and could bring comfort in remembering her? I.e. sky blue, butterflies, lilies, or other symbols. (Open response)
