Messenger Make It! Personal Integration

Simplify your memorial printing by taking advantage of our export with Messenger Make It! Personal.

    Do you use Messenger Make It! Personal? 

    If so, make sure to take advantage of the Integration with Passare to quickly send information from Passare to Messenger.

    To turn on your integration, contact support@passare.com or call our support team at 1-800-692-5111.

    Export from Passare:

    To export to Messenger, select Templates under Documents within the case.

    In the search bar, type in Messenger, and the Export should appear.

    Select the Messenger Export and download it to your computer. There is no need to open the file; it will look very confusing. You will use it in a moment to upload into Messenger.

    Upload into Messenger:

    Open a new tab in your web browser and log in to Messenger using this link: https://mipv2.messengerstationery.com.

    Make It! Personal login page

     

    When you log in, select the box for Import From Management Software.

    From here, you can upload the Messenger Export.

    Once it is uploaded, select Import Case and Select a Product.

     

    click Import from Management Software box,  upload Messenger Export through the Select File button, then click Import Case and Select a Product button

     

    Then select the Product you want to use.

    Once you choose a product, you'll need to select the product Template and Create and Review Your Design for this Template.

    You'll now be able to review the design. If you need to make any changes to the information that was pulled from Passare, select Basic Info to edit the fields.

    The only thing that will not pull from Passare is the Obituary Photo. You'll need to upload it directly into Messenger.
