Getting started with Mobile Case Files
View and upload case files in Passare Mobile to ensure critical information is accessible, even when you're away from your desk.

✋ Make sure you’re running Passare Mobile version 3.5.0 or higher to access Case Files. See how to check which version you're running here.
Access Case Files
In Passare Mobile, open a case.
From the navigation bar, tap Files to see the files added to the case. Files added in the desktop version of Passare will also appear here.
Add and View Files
You can tap the + (plus) button in the top right to add a file, or if no files have been added to the case, use the Add button under Case Files.
Choose a file from your phone or tap scan documents to open the scanner and add physical documents directly to the case.
Files that have been added will now be displayed on the Files page. Tap on a file to view the details.
Edit and Download Case Files
Tap the ellipses to the right of a file to edit or download the file. You can also add the file to the Planning Center or set primary and secondary obituary photos.
