Tips for Best Results

  • Be specific. "Cremation cases from Lomas created this month" works better than vague queries.

  • Use the right terminology. Say "balance" when you mean outstanding balance, and "payments" when you mean whether payments have been received.

  • Check the filter labels. After searching, review the filter labels above the results to ensure the system interpreted your query correctly.

  • Keep it simple. Start with straightforward queries and add conditions as needed rather than writing very long, complex queries all at once.

  • Use common date phrases. The system understands "today", "yesterday", "this week", "last month", "this year", and similar natural date expressions.
