TeamTangoAI can answer routine questions about services and pricing. This information currently comes from obituary pages, not from Passare.
When TeamTangoAI handles a qualifying first call reporting a death from a medical professional, an examiner, a coroner, or the police, the collected details are used to create a case in Passare.
Calls from families do not create a case, but can be found in your TeamTangoAI dashboard.
TeamTangoAI can check whether a decedent or case exists in Passare, but it does not provide case status information to inbound callers.
Call details are left as a Note in the case, along with a link to full recording.
