Getting started with the Precoa integration

Have all your aftercare leads sent from Passare to Precoa automatically.

What is Precoa?

Precoa is a preneed marketing company that assists funeral homes with lead generation, aftercare, and more. 

Our integration funnels family contact information from Passare to Precoa through a daily report. With this information, Precoa's aftercare (called 'Everything After') will reach out and provide resources to families you've recently served.

How it works

Passare's daily report pulls family contact information from any at-need contract signed within the last 30 days. This report automatically runs every morning at 6AM CT and gets sent directly to Precoa's CRM.


All family & friends will be exported unless they are marked as Do Not Contact or deceased.

You can mark a contact as Do Not Contact under Additional options in the Family & friend entry.

For successful exporting, here's what you need to do:

  1. Log family contact information accurately.
    • Avoid typos and be sure to record when a family member is deceased or 'do not contact'.
  2. Consistently sign at-need cases in Passare.
    • For example, sign when the family signs their paper contract or once services are rendered.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can duplicates be sent to Precoa?

A: Once a family member is exported, Passare marks this contact as 'sent' and will not send them over more than once. Everything After also checks for duplicates once they receive the data.


Q: Do any signed cases over the weekend get exported the following Monday?

A: Yes, we send over anything that has not yet been exported, which would include anything captured over the weekend.


Q: Is there an option to preview what is sent?

A: While there is no true preview option with this integration, we can help set up a report or dashboard to help you monitor this information.


Q: If I update a contact after the it's exported, will the new information be added to the next export?

A: No, only new contacts will be exported each day. If a contact becomes exported with missing information, we suggest deleting that contact and re-adding them, so that a new entry is added to the next export.
