Tukios Arrangements integration

Passare can create cases automatically when families complete a Tukios online arrangement.

Set up the integration

To connect Tukios with Passare, the following are required:

  • Branch UUID - Identifies the specific branch where cases should be created.
  • Passare API key - Grants Tukios permission to create and update cases.

Reach out to Passare Support to get your Branch UUID and API key.

Call (800) 692-5111 or email support@passare.com.

Next, go to Tukios's admin settings.

Toggle the integration ON.

Enter the Branch UUI and API key provided by Passare.

Click Test Connection to very the credentials. The integration will only activate once the connection is verified successfully.

 

What data is sent to Passare

When an online arrangement is completed through Tukios, the following occurs in Passare.

A new case is created

Each completed order creates a case in Passare with:

  • Decedent first, middle, and last name (and suffix).

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Date of death

  • Case type (at-need or pre-need)

Family & Contact information is added

The following individuals are created as acquentances on the case:

  • Legal next of kin

  • Relatives and family members

  • Individuals who preceded the decedent in death

  • Primary informant/contact person (Each includes name and relationship detail)

Form responses are synced

Purchaser/customer name, email, and phone number are synced, as well as any responses from standard and custom arrangement forms. (see more on custom fields below)

 

Custom fields

For custom form data to appear, a matching custom field must already exist in Passare.

Tukios automatically determines the required Passare custom field name based on the label used on the form. This includes removing punctuation and standardizing capitalization.

For example:

  • A form label of “Mother’s Maiden name” expects a Passare custom field named “Mothers Maiden Name”
  • A form label of “date of birth” expects “Date Of Birth”

Set up a custom field

  1. In Tukios, open the custom form and edit (or create) a field.
  2. Watch for an alert message below the field label.
  3. If you see a GREEN alert, the field matches Passare. No further action is required.
  4. If you see a GRAY alert, the field does not exist in Passare or does not match. Copy the field format shown in the alert and head to Passare.
  5. Log in to Passare and create a new custom field using the exact name (Paste).
  6. Return to the Tukios form editor and ensure you receive a GREEN alert.

Fields can be saved in Tukios even if no matching Passare field exits. Only fields with exact name matches are sent to Passare.
