✋ Before you can use the Tukios Videos integration, you must:
Complete the integrations request form
Enable the Tukios Videos integration
To access the integration, you must first complete the integrations form. ✅
Choose Tukios from the first drop-down menu, then check the box next to Video.
Memorial video files in Planning Center
Planning Center users can indicate which photos they would like to have included in the memorial video, as well as view the finalized video!
Families start by logging in to Planning Center.
Navigate to Files & Photos on the left menu.
Click the Add files or photos button to upload photos to Planning Center.

Once photos are in Planning Center, families indicate which photos to include in the memorial video by checking the Use in Memorial Video box.
When a photo from Planning Center is marked as Use in Memorial Video, you will see it automatically update in the Case Files within Passare.
Sync Case Files to Tukios Videos
Indicate in Case Files which photos you'd like to use in the memorial video, then navigate directly to the Tukios Videos website for creating and editing!
First, memorial photos must be added to Case Files in order to sync with Tukios.
There are two ways memorial photos can be added to Case Files:
- Planning Center - See Memorial files in Planning Center above.
- Uploading in Passare - Learn how to upload Case Files here.
Once all photos are in Case Files, check one or more boxes on the left to indicate which photos to include in the memorial video.
Recommended file types: jpg, png, mp4, mov
Then click Use in Memorial Video.
To begin creating and editing your video, click Create next to Tukios video in your Integration Settings.
This will take you to the Tukios Videos website where you can create and edit the memorial video.
After clicking Create, the button will change to Edit for that specific case.
Click this button any time you want to get back to the Tukios Videos website.
After the video is created and finalized in Tukios, it will appear in Passare Case Files.
