Color-code your calendar
Use color coding to categorize events based on the details that matter most to you—such as event type, branch, director, and more!
Jump ahead to
Admin settings
First, go to Settings.
In the sidebar, go to Events > Calendar.
Here, you'll see a section to create event rules and another for appointment rules.
You will also notice 3 default colors:
- Red for Private Events
- Blue for Public Events
- Yellow for Non-Case Related Events
Events vs. Appointments
Events refer to services added to Funeral Options and non-case related events such as meetings, vacations, etc.
Appointments refer to arrangement meetings added on the Appointments page in the case.

Case type
Select which case type(s) this rule applies to: At-need, Imminent-need, Pre-need, or All.
You can also select Non-Case Related if this applies to events unrelated to a case.
