Reporting updates (February 2026)

See the latest updates to Passare's Accounts Receivable and User Reports (as of February 2026).

Which reports are affected?

Report updates will be staggered, releasing in this order:

  1. Accounts Receivable Aged & User reports

  2. Accounts Receivable Aged by Director

  3. Accounts Receivable Aged - Pet

We will only update reports listed here; we will not make changes to other System Reports.

 

Accounts Receivable updates

The following changes will impact the following reports: Accounts Receivable Aged, Accounts Receivable Aged by Director, and Accounts Receivable Aged - Pet.

  • Added borders for readability

  • Colored headers & footers

  • Renamed unclear column headers
    • Ledger > Case Identifier
    • Invoice > Contract Date
    • Client Type > Client Service Type
  • Reduced average run time from 5-15 minutes to under 5 seconds
  • Report will output cases with a balance at the time of report generation

User Report updates

The following updates affect all User Reports:

  • Colored headers & footers

  • Long group titles no longer wrap text

  • Removed separate summary tables
    • When selected, averages and sums will be attached to the table they reference
